  1. Resolve queries regarding the Services.
  2. Making outbonds with students regular follow-ups on leads assigned.
  3. Guide the potential Students over the call to choose the right product
  4. Responsible for explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
  5. Providing the right customer experience

Requirements:

  1. Minimum age required 18+.
  2. Strong Communication skills.
  3. Any domestic outbound or telesales experience required
  4. Understand and Speak Elementary Hindi Language.
  5. Problem solver.
