Marketing Operations Internship (Remote) About the Role:-
As a Marketing Operations Intern at CleverTap, you will play a crucial role in supporting lead generation and data management initiatives. Your responsibilities will include lead enrichment, data cleansing, lead routing, and data optimization across platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, and Outreach. Additionally, you’ll collaborate on enrichment projects and ICP modeling, utilizing tools such as Apollo, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator. If you have a passion for data management and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct research to enrich and maintain lead accuracy
- Ensure data cleanliness through cleansing and hygiene efforts
- Monitor lead routing processes for accuracy
- Assist in creating lead-scoring models for optimized efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven strategies
- Analyze data to develop insights supporting marketing initiatives
What We’re Looking For: Must-Have:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Postgraduates in Data Analytics preferred
Good-to-Have:
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
