All Pickers are ranked on the basis of productivity and top 10% pickers receive Rs 1500, top 20% pickers will receive Rs 500

Job Role – PICKERS-On receipt of Order Copy, pick the relevant items from racks/warehouse and place them in right crates for completion of the entire assigned order
An associate will handle the role of picker apart from unloading, stacking (FIFO), picking, and segregation. He / She will Keep track of all the stocks in assigned racks and flag any discrepancies to the manager.
